Good afternoon fellow owners, I wanted to provide a quick update to Chip’s August 8, 2023 update. We now have physical possession of the general building permit. The scope of work under this permit will allow us to proceed with most of the reconstruction necessary to re-open the resort. A contractor has been selected and construction should start shortly. Also, the electric work is almost completed and we expect to be fully restored to Florida Power and Light power as early as Friday August 11, 2023. All great news as we march toward our anticipated reopening! Tim
