Good afternoon fellow owners, the most commonly asked question continues to be, “when will the resort re-open?” Now that we have a General Contractor on deck and have received the approved general building permit, I can advise you that our ultimate goal is to get the resort opened sometime close to January 2024. I am always hesitant to make any kind of statement without solid justification and at this point, there continues to be so many unknown variables that could materially change this date. As Chip previously wrote, once a firm date is known, you will be given at least 30 days’ notice prior to our re-opening date. Thank you, Tim Pellerin
