Fellow owners, our Annual Meeting is tomorrow, April 19, 2024. As owners, you were asked to vote on waiving statutory reserves and the Board recommended a “yes” vote. As of today, we do not have a quorum, only 34% of our owners participated in the vote. Please vote on this matter immediately in preparation for tomorrow’s meeting.
