July 10, 2024 Chip Fosth Update

Valued Owners,

I hope everyone had a safe and Happy 4th of July! On Fort Myers Beach, they had a parade in the morning and fireworks display in the evening. I was not able to attend, but I understand they were
both very well done.

At Seawatch we stayed busy continuing to move forward. The south privacy wall was primed and painted, along with the pool shower and the south patio area. As you can see it’s beginning to look
a lot more like she used to.

Universal was here all week doing the final elevations for the pool deck area and doing the finished grading as well as the excavations on the broken railings by the pool bar and handicapped ramps.
After the concrete for the pool deck is poured, they can start on the railings and fences. We anticipate pouring the pool deck this week provided the weather cooperates. I can’t wait to see that and then the pavers will be installed on the new deck. The walls in the pool bathrooms were completed and now the fixtures and stalls can be installed.

The final glass panels on the ground floor were installed, both at the front entrance and next to the rear doors. This week we anticipate that those will be primed and painted. We still have one glass
panel on the rear skylight that needs to be replaced from the storm. After the final paint work is completed on the doorways, we can bring in the new lobby furniture from the storage containers.
On Friday the 5th I received the report and videos from Current Flow on the drain stack lines and forwarded them to our Board and Corporate team. They showed the current condition of the
stacks, and the joints where the lateral lines meet the stacks. Corporate was closed for the Holiday on Friday, but by the time you are reading this, they will have had a chance to review the results and we should be on the way to beginning repairs. Hopefully I will be able to share more in next week’s update.

As a friendly reminder, Seawatch is an active construction site, please refrain from coming to the property until we reopen.

Staying Seawatch Strong,
