Good morning fellow owners, this will provide an update on the meeting this morning with First OnSite. The target reopening date remains unchanged as Saturday, November 2, 2024. This week, all the fencing was installed, and the pool and spa are waiting for new PebbleTech shell lining. Once that is completed, they will be filled with water. A major requirement to reopening was resolved this week. The emergency stairwell lighting had to be changed to comply with new building codes and this project is now complete. The entire building has now been re-piped and half the unit walls have been repaired. The remaining units should be repaired in about three weeks. First OnSite explained that they are on top of an issue regarding the proximity of the fire pump and building generator and according to governmental officials, this issue should not delay our re-opening. We are hopeful that this remains the case. First OnSite assures me they have addressed all possible issues on the matter that are within their control. Thank you, Tim
