Folks, please excuse the delay in keeping everyone updated. The recent hurricane flooded my personal residence with three feet of salt/sewer water and my family and I have been dealing with this unthinkable event. This morning, we held our weekly meeting with First OnSite. Because of Milton and the necessity to lock down the building and suspend work for a week, we now know that we will not be able to open on October 26, 2024 as previously announced. When we made that announcement, one of the conditions when announcing that opening date was that there was no further tropical activity. Because the storm will come ashore tonight, we do not have any further information at this time. We will re-assess our situation after the storm passes. As a reminder, due to our now uncertain re-opening date, any travel arrangements should be made on a fully refundable basis only.
