Fellow owners, Chip Fosth is back on property, First OnSite was allowed back on the island at 2PM today. From all first indications, Seawatch suffered minimal setbacks above and beyond the one week of lost productivity on our reconstruction due to Milton. However, with every update I write, there are reservations to my statements. We did suffer intrusion into our property, although it appears to be minimal. As I write, the property and island does not have electric service. Until this service is restored and we can check various things (electric rooms, pool equipment, etc.), we cannot be certain as to any damage that may have incurred. The observable damage Chip found appears to be related to the grounds and pavement. We did have 18″ of water up against the plywood that was installed on the doors to the beach, although our preparations of these openings kept much of that water out of the lobby.
