Fellow owners, a quick update on Seawatch status. Thankfully, Milton caused us minimal damage. It was generally limited to some pavement issues, lobby carpet, water in the lobby, a small amount of drywall repair in the lobby, and general cleanup of sand intrusion. Our electric service was quickly restored. We are waiting on confirmation that our new pool equipment was not damaged. When these storms threaten and actually visit, it disrupts everything for a few days on each side of the storm as we prepare the property and then get our work crews back to the resort after the storm passes. As a natural result of this interruption, our reopening date will be delayed a short while. We are having a meeting with the contractor on October 17 and hope to announce a revised reopening date shortly thereafter. Thank you, Tim
