Merry Christmas Everyone!
We had another active week at Seawatch! We received our Gold Crown award from RCI this week, designating the highest rating within the RCI Resort collections. Santa visited us this week and he had pancakes and bacon with the owners! Our beach was freshly raked, and our volleyball net was finished and has been very popular so far. We converted a pack and play to a beach chair corral for the chair owners have left us so far. The new landscaping continued throughout the week, and it is almost time to start running the wires for the lighting for our new trees! The new landscaping is turning out great! As it matures it will continue to give us a wonderful upscale look around the grounds. Hats off to our Board for their foresight. With it being Christmas week, the pace has slowed. More signage and safety items were installed around the property as well.
This past week our geothermal heater was wired up and is ready for the final plumbing and testing. The pool and spa rails, ladder, handicapped lifts, and replacement spa motors were picked up from Miami and we are expecting installation during the week. Final inspection should happen before the end of the year. Our new propane company has already filed for the permit for installation of the tanks. Hopefully the city will act quickly on that.
The Seawatch Team celebrated Christmas together, with certainly a very family feeling. We hope that your Christmas and Holiday season is bright and that you are able to celebrate with as many of your family members as possible and enjoy all the time you can together.
