Valued Owners,
Week 1 of our spring maintenance weeks is in the books & went well. Housekeeping did deep cleans in the units on floors 1-3, along with power washing porches, screens, and installing the new living room sheer drapes.
We had added a barrel for a noodle & umbrella holder next to the ice machine for better organization & storage. This helps to tidy the area and keep things neat until we can find a permanent solution.
The new mirror for the women’s restroom by the pool has arrived and was mounted. We also had a company here all week doing preventative maintenance & replacing rollers on the sliding doors on the small walls in the empty corner units. The cable company was here changing out the cable boxes in the first three floors in an effort to modernize the system. Both of these crews will continue next week on floors 4 & 5. The company that has been working to install the new property generator was onsite and was able to drill the holes in the wall header so they can now finish the new exhaust and vent pipes.
Finally, we anticipate being busy all this week with additional projects and continuing the few already in progress. We can’t wait to welcome a new week of owners who are getting their first look at Seawatch since before the storm!
Seawatch strong,
Chip Fosth, General Manager
