Valued Owners,
We had another successful week of projects. The rain only appeared in the late afternoons, so we were able to put a fresh coat of paint on the old and new curbs at the front of the resort. Our new lights for the front sign and flag poles were finally delivered and we were able to install them. The old lights were too bright, according to the city. The Seawatch anchor got a fresh coat of paint as well. The new conduit was installed for the electricity at the tennis court. Hopefully the new pole and transformer will be delivered shortly, and we can have lights on the tennis court again! Unfortunately, we are still waiting for the survey review for the propane tank on the north side of the building.
On the inside, Kings III was here and installed the new phone system for the elevators. We are also preparing for the elevator cab makeovers that will start in July. The replacement showers for the beach deck were delivered and will be installed this coming week.
