Dear Fellow Seawatch-on-the-Beach owners,
This morning, I learned that the unaffiliated Facebook Owners Page is being shut down due to scamming activity and financial loss to an owner. The Board of Directors are elected by, and represent all of you, our owners. When the Board meets in April of this year, we will discuss this situation and determine if there are any enhancements we can make to our Board of Directors site that do not conflict with or violate the terms and conditions of our Management Agreement with Hilton Grand Vacations.
