Good morning fellow owners, I am very pleased to announce to you that our insurance carrier has just advised us that the insurance policy will assume all the costs of continuing the payroll and benefit costs of our staff members while we are closed. What a wonderful early Christmas present to our great Seawatch staff!
As Chip mentioned earlier, the restoration team has secured our building to protect it while we await getting contractors on site to rebuild our property.
We have now cleared most if not all building permit hurdles to allow us to move forward replacing our building generator.
Finally, Chip has begun the process of meeting with various trades to initiate the rebuilding of our property.
