Dear Fellow Seawatch-on-the-Beach owners,
The Board is discussing significant re-design of this site with many enhancements. As an advance notice, the first directive we will give our Webmaster is to change this site to one that requires a password to keep non-owners off the site. In addition, we have had quite a few “suggestions” that owners be given a way to rent or exchange weeks within the owners group on this very site, with less opportunity for fraud. We hope to work toward providing rental and exchange capability. With that said, a for sale by owner option cannot be offered as our Management Agreement with Hilton Grand Vacations requires us to recognize HGV as the exclusive sales agent for the resort. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we further investigate how we can safely and effectively improve your owner experience on this site. Thank you, Tim
