Dear Fellow Seawatch-on-the-Beach owners,
After Board approval, the Seawatch Board website redesign is underway. Once it is completed, it will be tested and reviewed to confirm that it meets our requirements, including the ability of owners to post unit rentals and trades. The site will be open to anyone wishing to view general resort information, for example, prospective renters, buyers, etc. However, there will be an owner site that requires strict compliance with specific ownership information before membership is granted. And, one of the things we are working on is a system to remove owners from the site that dispose of their units. Tim
