While there is a lot of construction activity taking place at your resort, as of January 24, 2024, we are still unable to predict a re-opening date.  With that said, we are <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">ALMOST CERTAIN<\/span> that the property will not re-open anytime during Q1 2024.   As of today, it is our expectation that we will re-open sometime between April 1, 2024 and June 30, 2024, those dates being in Q2 2024.  That time frame is subject to change, because the rebuild process changes on a weekly, if not daily basis.   HGV has shared some recent experiences with re-opening other properties that were less damaged than ours.  In some cases, the insurance company gave the green light on being to re-open, owners were contacted, and then the opening dates were delayed once, and in some cases, twice, by pending governmental approvals.  This scenario is why we cannot predict an opening date.  Therefore, we continued to strongly encourage that any pre-paid travel arrangements are obtained on a fully refundable basis only.  Once the opening date is determined, it is HGV&#8217;s intention to reach out to each owner individually.
