Valued Owners,
This past week, United Plumbing was out as they continued to replace all the hot water heaters in all the
units. We anticipate them completing the changeover in the next 2 weeks. Rock Solid was in, working on
setting the new pavers behind the pool bar. They should be finishing that this week and then setting the
new replacement shelves and cabinets behind the bar, then beginning to work on the tops for the new
bar before completing the stucco for the bar fronts. Mor Sports was out removing the excess asphalt
from the forms on the tennis court. They will be putting up fences and lights before the new top coating
is installed. This week our Board also voted on the new colors for the coating on the tennis court. United
Plumbing will be in this week to begin laying out the drain lines for the pool deck prior to the new pool
deck forms and rebar are laid. Universal Contracting will be out on Monday to begin excavating the
south border to begin putting forms and footers down to begin the south wall reconstruction. This past
week I met with our Housekeeping Leadership to discuss the setup of our new storage areas, along with
coordinating with First Onsite to begin setting up the units and doing room inventories and the initial
deep clean on our units.
This past Friday, we had Mark Wang, HGV\u2019s President, and many other members of our Corporate Hilton
Executive leadership staff out to the ribbon cutting of our new Regional Office on Sanibel Island! They all
spoke about our drive and tenacity to reopen our properties and the commitment to our owners. It was
great to hear their feedback and get re-energized to reopen.
As a friendly reminder, Seawatch is an active construction site. Please do not come to the property to
“look around” or ask others to do so. Recently, we have had a number of owners or friends stop in to
see how repairs are coming. The most recent information can be found here or at the Board’s website.
We will not be open in the first quarter of this year and are still unsure of an exact opening date due to
numerous factors. We will give you all the most advanced notice we can when we will be able to open.
