February 28, 2024 Chip Fosth Update

Valued Seawatch Owners,

This past week Mor Sports was here, continuing to work on the tennis court. The new fence was installed along with cleaning up some of the surrounding area. Additional debris removal is required before we can begin doing the new landscaping & replacement walkway.

On the interior, Comanche Construction continued to put in our new fire doors on the first floor. Price Electric was also here beginning to put in some of the trim rings on the pool bar lights, & doing some of the finishing work, putting in sockets, switches & hardware. Our Housekeeping team from A&S was here beginning to clean & set up our units & take an inventory as they do their punch list for each of the units. We had another shipping container delivered to hold our additional goods until the ground floor is completely secured. This week we received our new shopping carts. Our new bell carts had already been delivered so we housed them in the container until it is time to assemble them for our returning owners.  This week we are anticipating a visit from our corporate I.T. staff to assess our current technology & what will be required for our new systems. We also anticipate United Plumbing beginning to assemble the new drain systems for Seawatch. Summit Fire systems is here this week. They brought the new pump for the fire system & will be installing during the course of the week.

Again owners, please do not come down to the property while you are visiting the area. We are an active construction zone. Our video surveillance cameras continue to show visitors after hours & on weekends coming out to the property. I know you are all wanting to see the restorations for yourselves, but your safety needs to come first!

Staying Seawatch Strong,

Chip Fosth
