This is the official web site of the Seawatch On-the-Beach Board of Directors, owned by, and updated by the Seawatch Board.   Please check the site for timely and accurate Resort news.  On this site, we endeavor to provide full transparency to our valued resort owners. This is a new site that allows for rentals by owners, by and between owners.  To reduce the possibility of fraud, the rental section is only available to owners who have valid ownership credentials and have registered on the site.  For SALE BY owners are not offered on this site.  You may also submit an owner comment card in the event you neglected to do so when staying at the resort.   While we endeavor to help prevent fraudulent rental schemes that can ultimately result in losses to owners who rent, the Board, HGV, and Seawatch staff expressly disclaim any liability to an owner for fraud in using this site.   We are still developing this site and fixing any issues with it.
